I went in for a throttle body reset and I previously went to three different auto shops and they gave me the run around for a week and I called sauders and Chris picked up the phone I explained to him what’s the situation and he said “come on by as soon as you can and we CNA get it figure out” we got it figured out and I couldn’t ask for a better experience as a customer Thank you Chris!
Our car broke down on a cross country trip. Chris and Evan we're exceptional in getting our car in, diagnosed, and back on the road ASAP. They were very professional, explained things very well for this mom taking her kid to college. I highly recommend them!
