This place positively beams with the owner's personality. It was her birthday the day we visited while driving through the town, and it was completely decked out in decorations and she thanked everyone for celebrating with her. She even served birthday cake for free as dessert! The hush puppies with the spicy sauce were everything, perfectly fried and great flavor and chunks of corn. 100% coming back! My friend’s came for my birthday and we got a spread of the tri tip, pork ribs, catfish, cornbread, mac and cheese, collard greens, and red beans and rice. Each entree came with a waffle! Everything was great, but the pork could have been a bit softer. But overall, we scarfed down everything! The peach cobbler was fire.
