The owner, Eugene Jasin, is a most unpleasant, rude, unprofessional person. WARNING: He does not keep his word. No integrity! Steer clear. I would suggest you NOT do business with him and warn others. He also trades under Saucon Valley Enterprises.
The owner Eugene is very disresptful man. I signed a lease with him and later he turned me down for no reason. Only thing that I requested him is to paint the apartment that I was going to move in to but, when I called him about the paint he yelled at me. I am very dissapointed by un-professional manner. He wants me to pay my monthly rent but he can not paint, thats just not right. I would never do the business with him again and also I recommed you not to do any business as well.
