Matt from Saucier came and fixed my furnace. In less than 30 minutes from the time of my call, he was at my door and fixed it in 5 minutes on the coldest day of the year. Thank you Matt and Saucier Plumbing!
Great experience. My furnace quit on Friday night and by Saturday morning it was 15 degrees in my house and dropping. Saucier came and repaired my furnace Saturday morning after another company came (charged a service fee) and told me it would be a few days before the part would come in. Saucier had the part (which was a standard part) and had it fixed the same morning I called for half the price I was quoted by the other heating company. I will continue to trust Saucier.
We are a small family run business in Sarnia. Since setting up, we have relied on the great folks at Saucier for our plumbing and heating needs. They also maintain our several freezers crucial to our business. Recently we had an issue and the owner himself stopped by right away to make sure it was handled and billed appropriately.
