Unprofessional Saucey�??s catering If you want a professional company, who calls you back when you need them to and exceptional service at your wedding reception, look elsewhere! Sauceys Catering is Lame Not pleased at all! We had Sauceys cater for our wedding. They showed up 45min late wearing wife beaters. The owner, CJ, was being rude to all the guest's trying to set up what they were suppose to do in the first place! Once the owner left just the staff did a great job picking up after everyone. The food was okay, cold and pretty flavorless. I payed around the same amount I would have paid anyone else. Lunch w/Sauceys My board members from Iceland came to visit and I employed Saucey's to do another bang up job with their catering and fine cuisine!! Vanessa & CJ go way out of their way to present a fine dining experience when great food and service count!! I would recommend them highly.
