The absolute BEST! They catered a bridal shower I helped organize and everyone was raving about the food! It was a brunch menu. It was so easy to work with them and they were able to customize the menu to the bride-to-be’s favorite brunch items! Will be using them again in the future!!

I attended the Underground dinner at Blue Ridge Winery last night that was catered by Sauced and Rubbed. WOW! What an awesome job they did! The food was just outstanding. Each course of the 5 course meal was paired with a Blue Ridge wine. Vincenzo described each course and why he chose it. You can tell by the presentation and quality of the food, these folks put their heart and soul into their food. If you ever have a chance to attend an event that they’re catering, or need a caterer, I highly recommend them.
Fabulous caterer! Highly recommend for parties of any size. The menu is great for reasonable price and the service is excellent. Our guests kept asking who the vendor is because the food was very delicious.
