The first time I purchase food, the chicken and fries were excellent..... I go back and it was Awful. Whatever changes they made they need to go back to the original way they were preparingthe food. The sauce on the chicken and fries are totally different. The original sauce was liquidity flavor and now they're using powder spices. I'm going to give it one more try and explain what I want and if it isn't right, they will lose me as a customer. DON'T START DOING THING ONE WAY. THEN TOTALLY CHANGE IT... No seasoning good sauce big wings unflavored bad experience won’t be trying again I try to support black owned businesses but they’re overpriced with no good food to justify the prices straight garbage I’m tired of throwing away 50+ meals it’s like burning money and I love money

I patiently waited 27 minutes and paid $16 for a 6 pc buffalo bone in wing combo. The customer service was ok, but the food was not. The wings were big and not cooked to my liking. Some of the wings didn’t even have sauce on them and the fries were soggy. The best part of the meal was the fountain drink. It’s a hard NO from me.
