I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but our experience here was very disappointing. We waited a really long time for our food to be ready. When paying, we asked for balsamic glaze and were explicitly told it was not an upcharge. However, when we asked for it after receiving our food, we were charged anyway and given barely any in a tiny cup. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with the sausage pasta Who ever made it today just poured a huge amount of cheese on the top looked like velveta was hard to mix in and it was just so much cheese could barely eat it ! Horrible today and bread was hard !

We ordered a salad and picked it up on the way home. They gave us the wrong food so we called in. The cashier was too bothered to take the order so we waited a good ten minutes told them what they did and the lady was so rude and dismissive saying well I guess you have to come back and get your order? Like really? The snobby attitude for your error. And my inconvenience is how we fix it. Smh I was a frequent customer, I can understand a mistake but the service behind it is piss poor.
