We order take out from here every other week and there has been a noticeable and dramatic shift in the service in the past few months. Last weekend we went in for our usual take out order and it was the second time in a row, and third in four where an item was totally missing. The server forgot butter with the rolls & the parm and red pepper as well, which isn't the end of the world but again just a change in how things used to be. Do not order here for your lunch break there is no order pick up station, you'll end up being stuck in line for 15 minutes to 20 at times. Never again. Create a pick up section!

I understand gluten-free pasta can take longer and that the restaurant was short a cook. My only suggestion is to let customers know that upfront when they order. I was dining with a group, and everyone else had nearly finished eating before my meal arrived. Had I known about the delay, I would have chosen a salad or another quicker option. Giving customers that information upfront allows them to make an informed decision.

I typically love your food but this location is inconsistent. This salad you gave me for my lunch is wildly unacceptable. Pink and so wilted the lettuce is see through, come on guys do better.
