Excellent service and great location
We are back this year for the third time in a row at Lakeview. Another great visit. Cute room, icy, cold air conditioning (yay!), clean grounds, great barbeque facilities, and they always seem to be upgrading. Management is so welcoming and friendly, they make you feel like family. Love that it’s only a five minute walk to the beach. Thank you Ang and family for another great weekend in Sauble. We look forward to seeing you next year.
Our family has been coming to Sauble Beach for the past 9 years, and we have rented the same cottage for the past 4 with no issue until now. The day after we arrived home I received a call from Katie stating that there were issues with how we left the cottage. This was surprising to me as I had made a point of going through the cottage from top to bottom before leaving. Would give less than one star if I could, for a company that owns over 100 properties in Sauble they sure don’t know how to take care of them. Instructions were misleading and mentioned a wifi router and dishwasher, neither of which were present. There were holes clearly sinking in the floor. We paid a cleaning fee but found dishes full of bugs and old food in the cupboards, as well as a musty swimsuit in the dresser.
