Worked with Ms Ada Cheung twice for a property transaction and notarizing a document. Both times she was efficient and professional.
My husband and I sold a property with the help of Ada's team. They checked everything in detail and notify me about minor abnormalities. Glad that I can rectify it with the bank immediately and looked for sufficient supporting well in advance, and the deal can be successfully closed. Great!

Went in today to get a document notarized for my school and was helped by a very “pleasant” woman named Joe. They charged me $70 for a simple notarization — fine — but the real issue is the incompetence and rudeness I experienced. The form I needed clearly states that I must submit a notarized copy of a PRIMARY ID. I brought my birth certificate as my primary ID and my BC Services Card as secondary/photo ID, per the instructions.
