I do not recommend Dr. Sharma’s office and do not appreciate how it’s run. The wait times are egregious, often extending well beyond an hour and a half past the scheduled appointment time. To make matters worse, when you call the office, you don’t reach the staff directly—you’re routed through what feels like a customer service line, making it extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. I love this practice, the whole staff is amazing, professional and accommodating. They truly care about your health. I’m so happy to be a patient here.

Very unprofessional front office staff. Appointment are way to long to wait. Attitude of the team and doctors not worth the time. Go somewhere else . They only get locals who can’t get anywhere else. Terrible customer service

Okay, I’m about to change doctors because my app. Is scheduled at a certain time let’s say 9:00am why are a lot of people scheduled the same time it makes no sense and I have to wait about an hour or two just to be seen. It’s a waste of time and then when I’m suppose to be doing blood work they schedule me to talk about an issue instead of doing everything at once.
