The worst doctor I’ve ever been to. They didn’t know how to draw my blood so they sent me to the lab in the same building. When I was leaving the lab, they said my doctor would be in touch with me about my labs. The doctor never contacted me. When I called, no one answered or returned my voicemails. Very unprofessional. To this day I don’t know what my results were. Has to make an appointment somewhere else. The doctor also didn’t listen very well. She talked to me like I didn’t have a brain.

I do not recommend Dr. Sharma’s office and do not appreciate how it’s run. The wait times are egregious, often extending well beyond an hour and a half past the scheduled appointment time. To make matters worse, when you call the office, you don’t reach the staff directly—you’re routed through what feels like a customer service line, making it extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. I love this practice, the whole staff is amazing, professional and accommodating. They truly care about your health. I’m so happy to be a patient here.
Very unprofessional front office staff. Appointment are way to long to wait. Attitude of the team and doctors not worth the time. Go somewhere else . They only get locals who can’t get anywhere else. Terrible customer service
