Okay, I’m about to change doctors because my app. Is scheduled at a certain time let’s say 9:00am why are a lot of people scheduled the same time it makes no sense and I have to wait about an hour or two just to be seen. It’s a waste of time and then when I’m suppose to be doing blood work they schedule me to talk about an issue instead of doing everything at once. I have been going to this doctor’s office for a couple years now but noticed that the staff isn’t as professional as they used to be. Staff does not pay attention to details and because of that I have been left with multiple medical bills. I changed insurances and provided my new insurance card to the receptionist and made her aware that I don’t use my old insurance anymore.
