Doctor Roy is my wife's PCP and he is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. Wonderful bedside manner, encyclopedic knowledge, extremely thorough, and very kind.
I have cough it’s been 2 months I am trying to get the appointment with the doctor sathyajeeth. They provided tele appointment previously with some other doctor and ordered some blood work . All negative but still have the same symptoms. Now again I called , still not giving any in person appointments.
Told them my heart was skipping beats. They called back said they understand my heart is racing. I never said that. It wasn’t. They said well because my heart was racing I had to go to the ER. I never said that. They have a poor communication chain. Number two gripe: they never see you if you were sick. Even years before covid, if I ever was sick they told me they don’t see sick people and to go to the ER. Great doctor if you’re healthy, terrible if you need help. Dr Roy in person is a phenomenal Doctor. He is kind, patient, and empathetic. Where I have an issue is when you are not being seen face to face. I have had issues on multiple occasions in getting a response to MyChart mails that have been sent or explanations of doctors results. Whether getting no response or short and less than explanatory responses, this is always the case. He also has his nurses do the communication, so there is no ability for clarification or follow up.
