no way i could manage iyengar practice on my own. the props made me think senior chair yoga and the instructions made no sense. however its a crazy intense yoga that works. ali is amazing. she is has an ability to calmly check and correct me allowing me to develop an awareness and intelligence that i use in every move i make in and out of studio. she is as committed to teaching as you are to learning. iyengar is incredible. my body and brain are changing. softening my abdomen made my bloated belly go away. lifting my shins h... read more
Seriously, such an amazing yoga class and especially the yoga teacher! She has such a patient and thorough approach. Highly recommended to everyone of all ages!!
Ali is amazing! She studied my posture and asked questions and then was able to see exactly where some issues are and best of all, tell me how to correct them in ways I could understand and FEEL! I am new to Yoga and my experience with Ali inspired me to learn more.
I had a great Yoga session with Ali, she took her time and really help with my posture, neck and shoulder pain.
Ali is the BEST!! I know her from a different gym and it’s taken me a minute to actually make it to class (busy schedule), but I am so glad I finally was able to make it! She was so helpful and really took the time to make sure I had the best experience. 10/10 recommend!
