I had an excellent experience with SA-TX Collision! Mario and his team went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Only shop i could find willing to work with new on getting parts here before repairing vehicle. Then gave me options to make sure I was covered with the insurance company. Work was done fast and seamless they did an excellent job repairing my daughters vehicle and getting it back to what it was before the accident
It was a horrible experience even if you have a business partner for 18 years. They told me I would get all ford part come to find out the part I got were not ford part and it was cheap my light doesn’t even work. But yet they charged me $4150 Mario but did a $500 job. I will never do business with these guys again. I paid in full like a loyal customer but at the end I got screwed. I definitely learned my lesson. Do your research before you do any business.
Found SATX Collision on google after getting into an accident, Mario was super attentive and very communicative throughout the whole process while my vehicle was in the shop! Him and his team took very good care of me and would recommend getting your vehicle done by them, thank you SATX collision!!
