Great service made a purchase Saturday and it arrived Tuesday, well done
Heater broke down within manufacturer's warranty period. Emailed Saturn and they advised tube element was not covered in warranty but tge ceramic holder was, as such placed order for tube and ceramic holder sent too FOC. Only downside to experience was that they don't seem to answer phone when you ring them.
This is the best air conditioning supplier I’ve come across . They are so knowledgeable and have outstanding customer service. They have rushed an order to us which was ordered yesterday and arrived by 10am today. Look nowhere else. Thank you team !
