We went to 5 companies to bid for our pool project (including 2 of the “Big Companies), and Saturn’s pricing was reasonable. Before being awarded the job, and then after awarding our project to Saturn, Nate was very responsive to discussing and ultimately making some changes for us. Nate warned us very early on that shot Crete and pebble tech were in HUGE demand and he couldn’t guarantee when our project would be done. He indicated it could be as long as 10-12 months. Great experience here. Nate was up front with expectations and timelines. Nothing really caught us off guard and he was there to support us through the build from design, completion, and even help with a few things after it was completed. Things went relatively fast too! Dig mid Dec, completed early May!

I make a appointment with Saturn pools , I take off early from work to be on time and they never show up , they don’t even call me to cancel , I call them and they never answer the phone , very disappointed I though this company was professional and responsible but I guess not
