This is the worst dealership ever! – I happen to be very knowledgeable about cars so I know BS when I hear one. During my 3 hour visit at this dealership I was lied to so many times that I lost the count. The incompetence and the attitude of the staff were simply appalling. Even though I was ready to buy the car that day I left without getting it and I bought one somewhere else a few days later. Love my new Saturn – Found exactly what I was looking for! My salesman was super easy to work with. No pressure, and no haggling with these guys. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be back when I need another.
Beware and service your car at your own risk... – My 2005 Vue was performing normally when I dropped it off for routine service at the Renton Saturn. When I picked it up, they told me that the rear drive module needed to be replaced at a cost of $2700 + labor. There is now a bad knocking sound from the rear drive module and a nasty shimmy when accelerating past 55MPH.
