talk about horrible service....would advise to stay away....let me explain. dropped my brand new 2010 commander off to be serviced under warranty for a "knocking" noise in the engine. warranty allows 5 days for enterprise rental. picked up my commander 4 days later on a saturday and gave the rental to the clerk. the clerk didn't call enterprise to pick the car up until monday even though she said she would call that day. enterprise charged us 170 dollars in extra charge for a mistake made by the dealer. jim, an idiot in the ... read more
