The worst company we have ever worked with!!! The manager there Mr. Benjamin M. was informed our driver was held at the pick up for over a day and still charged us $600 for being late at the delivery!!! He did not understand being delayed for a day makes it impossible to deliver on time going from the East Coast back to Illinois . Our pick up was originally scheduled on Friday but we got loaded on Saturday and throughout the weekend nobody from Saturn has picked up the phone neither helped us rescheduling the delivery appoin... read more
