I got a text from them saying 15% off for next two weeks as we remodeled so promo When I go there they do not honor their own message and take full payment!! So RUDE AND they have no explanation abt the promo Thugs!!

I went to Saturia Nails every 2 weeks for 2 years because it was so close to my home but they became busy and quality went down because they were rushing. It also bothered me that after 2 years, their manager Kevin could not remember my name. I took my business elsewhere. Fast-forward to February 1, 2025. Tee is the best one there. In the past did not get good service but only when T was there did they change my opinion. She is super kind and does an amazing job!! Little pricey but I think they all are. Fill in $43 $8 cuticles $15 chrome color

I have been going to the salon for years, lately they have become very pushy and go as far to make you feel like you're making the wrong choice, which can be annoying, especially when you already know what you want, when you just want a simple manicure.. On top of it...the nail technician cut my finger badly. It bled for 10 minutes and they still charged me full price.
