The reason I am giving this review is in hopes that it will save them customers in the future. I had already slowed down visiting this salon for this reason. But, after yesterday, I will not be back. There is one employee that is incredibly aggressive. She insists that you upgrade, whether it is the type of pedicure you want or the type of polish. The staff was so friendly, paid attention to detail, and went above and beyond for my daughter and I! Also, the leg massage was literally the best I’ve ever gotten.

I got a text from them saying 15% off for next two weeks as we remodeled so promo When I go there they do not honor their own message and take full payment!! So RUDE AND they have no explanation abt the promo Thugs!!

I went to Saturia Nails every 2 weeks for 2 years because it was so close to my home but they became busy and quality went down because they were rushing. It also bothered me that after 2 years, their manager Kevin could not remember my name. I took my business elsewhere. Fast-forward to February 1, 2025.
