At the end of 2022 we contracted with current owner Rocio Ortega for a wedding reception on October 14th, 2023. We signed the contract and paid $800 cash up front (half of the total base rental fee for the day) with the agreement that I would continue to make cash payments until I had paid the rest of the rental fee and optional cleaning fee as written in the contract.
