Wanting for years to become a Yoga teacher was an adventure and I am grateful that Karla Cain helped me achieve my goal. The program for 200 Hour teacher training was filled with history, and eye opening information about the Philosophy behind the Yoga practice. It was intense, but the work was so worth the results. Karla is amazing as a teacher and a guide through this program, I would recommend her teacher training. What she teaches and how it is taught encouraged me to want to learn more. Thanks Karla

Karla is amazing! Her knowledge, experience and approach have helped me get my body back on track. She's been able to help me get my body to respond in a positive way with a natural approach. She's an angel that has given me hope when I felt all options were exhausted. If you find her at the beginning of your journey, you'll save yourself frustration, money and maybe further damage to your body.
