Sarah is a great massage therapist who has helped me for years. Very thorough and knowledgeable about her craft. Highly recommended for anyone who needs an adjustment

Sarah does excellent work with a good heart. I have been fortunate to get massages from her a few times in the past year. Sarah Grimes is amazing! After hiking two 14ners and the week before endoing while mountain biking I could hardly walk, going up and down stairs made me grimace in pain. A one hour session with Sarah and I'm almost back to feeling 100% again. Sarah was friendly, knowledge and made me feel at ease. I'll absolutely be going back soon!
