Mark has done an excellent job for our company repairing everything I call him for and also making sure he always gets there as soon as he can. $70 an hour is almost half the cost of most refrigeration places and ur crazy if you think hes ripping you off. What is unprofessional is offering a man less than what he charges you when you have no idea how to fix what is broken. This man came out to our facility to repair an ice machine. He quoted us over the phone saying that he would let us know if the amount was over 2 hours. He charges $70 an hour, and $50 for a service call. He did not show up until 30 minutes after the time he wrote on the documents. I felt it was inappropriate to pay this man for the 30 minutes he was claiming due to not being here. Travel time was not mentioned in any contract or via phone. This business has no respect for people on the road. Passing on on double yellow line not once but twice that I seen him (Mark Sattison) driving his company van in excess of 85 MPH in a 55 MPH speed limit area. Again at speeds over 60 within the city limits of Waterloo IN. If this person does repairs by the way he drives you need to beware!
