I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Satterwhite Upholstery. I brought my vehicle in to have the seat properly repaired — which meant removing it from the car and fixing it the right way. After the first visit, I was told they never even took the seat out, which made it obvious the job wasn’t done correctly and sure enough i went to my vehicle and it was "somewhat fixed with a "band aid".
