I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Satterwhite Upholstery. I brought my vehicle in to have the seat properly repaired — which meant removing it from the car and fixing it the right way. After the first visit, I was told they never even took the seat out, which made it obvious the job wasn’t done correctly and sure enough i went to my vehicle and it was "somewhat fixed with a "band aid". I’d like to give a shout out to Satterwhite’s. Our vehicle had an open seam caused by wear approximately 5 inches long along the side of the driver’s seat back. There was also a wear hole about 2.5 inches long in the seat bottom panel that was not in the seam. They replaced the foam in those sections of the seat, and replaced both worn pieces of fabric. Their work was perfect. I wish I had before pics, but the after pics speak for themselves. Their pricing seemed very fair as well.
