I'm not a fan. I called and asked what the shop min was last year (I got too busy and forgot to leave a review) and it was 30 min. They charged me $100 @ 45min for 15 min worth of work to put on a stack that had fallen. I timed it because i was paying for it. It took more time to find the guy to pay out than anything.
