We've had an incredible experience with the entire Satterwhite Construction team. They've gone above and beyond to help us multiple times and helped us through an insane situation selling our house on contingency. We've had zero major problems in our home that they built 8 years ago (we were the second in the neighborhood). We would definitely build with them again and this was our third custom home. We've finished two rooms in our house using the team as well.

I cannot recommend this builder. I purchased a new home from Satterwhite Construction in October 2020, at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Shortly after my one-year warranty expired, I began noticing cracks above the doorways and doors that would no longer latch properly. What I didn't realize at the time was that my floors were actually dropping. Satterwhite is a family run, custom, near-luxury home builder. After shopping around the area for several months, I found an MLS listing for one of their homes and asked my agent to check it out. He loved it and told me I would too... I flew down to check it out and liked the development and the house. It was not "cheap" but was in the same price range of other houses I had looked at.
