Betty is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about plants in general but especially about NC natives. She loves what she does and you can tell by the quality of her product. Can't wait until spring so I can go back for fig and cherry trees and heirloom veggies!
This garden center is my favorite to go to in the entire tri-state area. The owners allow you to wander slowly, no rush. There is a babbling stream alongside some of the plants and the greenhouses are categorized by type of plant, so you can walk into a tropical jungle or an aromatic herb & veggie house. I love going there! This trip, I picked up lemon verbena, lemongrass, a lemon tree, two apple trees, and a plum tree. The prices are very fair. Thank you, Mrs Betty! We enjoyed chatting with you!
