My family has been seeing Dr. Sattem and his team for more than 10 years and everyone has *always* been great. From preventative care with dental hygienist Veronica to fillings for cavities, crowns, and dental implants with Dr. Sattem, back off office with Anna and front office with Morgan our experiences have friendly, timely, highly competent, and never anything more than what was needed.
I recently had an exceptional experience at Sattem Family Dental, and I can't praise them enough. The service, especially from Morgan, the receptionist, was outstanding. Morgan ensured that I was well-informed about my appointments and left me without any concerns. Her excellent customer service truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend Sattem Family Dental for their top-notch care and the dedicated team, especially Morgan, who goes the extra mile to make the experience seamless. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I think Dr. Sattem is an amazing dentist and very kind - however, his office staff informed me when I showed up for my appointment that they don’t work with my insurance company even though I sent them an insurance card three months prior to the appointment (and have an email confirmation that it was received by office staff). I was informed that I could still proceed with my appointment, but the fee schedule was basically at my own risk. If you’re going through insurance, proceed with caution.
