We were stuck between a rock and a hard spot with our heat pumps We moved into a condo that has two of them in the garage and air handlers on each floor. They are about 17 years old. One of them stopped working. I went and got bids from other HVAC companies that neighbors used. The bids were around $36k to replace the one defective unit. The issue was the original builder, knowing the laws were changing to eliminate freon put these units in anyway. This is the worst ever service I have received. They are rude, unprofessional and not on schedule. I will not use them ever again.
