terrible service, terrible attitude, owner is the worst.

Ben was great in keeping in touch with me, but Greg needs to learn to talk to people instead of talking down to them. And when a quote is made to do something not to add extra money on and act like its not a big deal without making a call. 2300 of insurance body work done to my car, and 1700 of mechanical out of my pocket. Thought taking 10 off the bill would make me happy. I wasn't even asking for any money off or asking for hundreds of dollars off. Thank you for saving the day today! We picked up a nail in our tire just before we were headed to the Zoo...and they squeezed us in and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Wow...such lovely people and great customer service!
