I highly recommend this loved-filled home for our elderly! The owner and staff have that special heart for our family and friends that need assistance. They do it with such respect and inspiration. In spite of my Mom’s challenges, I have seen her experience great progress in two months even though her body is declining. The Satori care givers are the difference!
I never thought my Dad would do well in any assisted living facility. Dad is not only doing well but he seems to be thriving in this wonderful home. The staff is patient and caring and very attentive and the house is very clean and well kept. It feels really good to know Dad is in the hands of some very good people. Thank You Satori house!
We couldn't find better care for our dad. The staff is wonderful and loving. Our dad is so happy there and he is physically stronger. It is definitely five stars. I would give it more.
The ownership and their caretakers do such a great job with not just my grandmother but all their residents. They are also great with the families. The place is immaculate too. Good people.
The thing that impressed me the most about Satori Senior Care is the cleanliness and professional manner in which this home is run. I've toured several residential care homes and while they were nice in their own ways none of them gave me the same sense of calm that I got when I walked into Satori for the first time.
I've visited many facilities while looking for a place to put my mother. Satori Senior Care is head and shoulders above the rest. In my experience the staff have always been professional and courteous. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure all of the residents are taken care of. He even gives the families his personal cell phone number and doesn't even mind when I text him at 9:00pm to see how mom is doing. Where else can you find that kind of service?!! Satori Senior Care is by far the BEST care home in DFW. The staff here are extremely professional and go out of their way to make the residents and their families feel right at home. Finding the right care for your loved one can be an overwhelming and emotionally draining task. Everyone looking for care for their loved one needs to visit Satori Senior Care. You won't be sorry!
