Gavin is amazing! I called at 4:30 one evening with a problem with the buyers financing on my listing with 3 days to closing. Within hours he had them ready to go and with a better deal. We ran into problems with taxes and my trusted title company First Community Title in Temple got things figured out and off we went running towards the closing table.
