I had a very pleasant experience with my technician, Kersti. She was informative and provided a very relaxing experience. Editing this review to note that I had a great experience at my next session with the technician, Olga! She provided helpful information and talked through what steps she was taking throughout the process to ensure I felt comfortable.

This place is very clean and efficient and after 3 treatments I’m already seeing great results. My technician is usually Olga and she’s very friendly and really good at her job; I also had Anna once and she was also just as skilled and friendly. Highly recommend!

Could ask for a better Laser experience with Olga at 63rd st. She is very professional and makes me feel very comfortable. Gives great advice and tips to keep your skin healthy and prolong laser treatments.
