I always have a great experience when I see Tsira. She is professional, knowledgeable and very kind. She makes a rather uncomfortable service better. Even tho it's really not that bad. I started seeing her for just underarms but after the stellar service I received I purchased a package for another area.
I have had a very positive experience with Satori at both their 86th st location (a couple years ago) and now this one! The laser technology they use is the least painful and the most effective that I have experienced. Olga is the best- she is kind, reassuring, and highly knowledgeable! Everyone who works here, whether they are at the front desk or a technician, makes this location a genuinely welcoming and friendly environment.

I'm super happy with my experience and results from Satori! I've done six sessions for underarms, Brazilian, and full legs with Allison and she is absolutely amazing ~ super knowledgeable, relaxed, and friendly. While never painless, having such a lovely technician makes all the difference in comfortability for getting through these sessions.
