The technicians here are so unfriendly and unwelcoming. The first time I came here I had Destiny and she rushed through my appointment and barely said a word. I felt so uncomfortable. Today I had a new technician, Samantha, and once again barely says hi and is silent during the whole appointment. She had a frown on her face the whole time. Not one smile. Not a how was your day. Satori laser is amazing!!! Life changing. I wish I had gone sooner. They’re so professional, so sweet and the girl boss energy is amazing. I love Mia so much, she’s really nice and does a great job. Scheduling and re-scheduling is also really easy - they have very organized staff.
I got my underarms done with Lauren and had such a great experience! She’s amazing. Not only did I see incredible results, but the customer service and the way I was treated kept me coming back. Highly recommend her!
