Yesterday I experienced my first float spa treatment ever. I certainly didn't know what to expect, but Rahn created a seamless experience. He walks your through the entire process of getting ready for your float, getting in the tank, and how to wrap up your treatment. In terms of the tank itself, I imagine everyone's experience is quite a bit different. It proved to be a great way to relax, decompress, and (literally) shut everything out for 90 minutes. Had a 2 hr float, it went by like 1/2 hr. Very relaxing, I want to try 3 hrs next month.
I had my first float experience ever on Sunday and it definitely won't be the last! It was a comfortable and clean atmosphere and everything is explained to you before going in! It was incredibly relaxing and I felt amazing the whole rest of the day. My boyfriend and I are both looking forward to going back!!

I've been wanting to do a sensory-deprivation float since I saw the movie "Altered States" when it came out. I did my first (of many, hopefully) 90-minute float yesterday (6/9/15), and I have a hard time finding words to describe my experience!
