Cool store with an appropriate selection of dependable jewelry. I felt a bit closed in by the amount of people in the store, and maneuverability was a bit of an issue with my children. Aside from that both clerks were truly nice and my jewelry wasn't amusingly expensive. I would rate the store 4 out of 5 stars.
Several months ago while vacationing in Rhode Island my husband bought me a set rings at this store in Newport. After returning home I finally opened the nice little gift box that the clerk had put the rings in to quickly notice 2 of the stones had fallen out of 1 of the rings....before it was even put on my finger. We have tried to call them, emailed them and sent a message through their Facebook page but have yet to receive a response back from anyone. The owner of this store is rude and hateful. I was browsing in the store with my 3 yr old and 9 yr old niece. My three year boy fell and my niece was trying to help him up while I was talking to the other very pleasant girl (blonde hair) that works there. The owner started yelling at him to stop crawling around like a dog. He's 3 and he tripped coming through your door.
