I had an amazing experience working with Avery at Satoree flooring. I had a tight deadline, I needed to match my existing carpeted basement stairs—all on a budget. Avery and his team got the exact carpet I needed, delivered and installed on time with no issues. The carpet came with a tear, but his installers were able to install the undamaged parts perfectly, and we had some extra carpet to have on hand in case of any needed repairs.
