Don’t use this company... Sato Real Estate ruined our 1st family vacation since last year. As you can imagine, we were very hesitant to go on vacation given the current environment. We made the decision to rent a house for just myself, my husband and our 1.5 year old. We were assured the house would be deep cleaned and ready for us. We packed the car, (suitcases, kitchen and home goods stuff, beach gear and all the baby stuff we need to travel with a 1 1/2 year old) . Incredibly disappointed with this company. I booked a trip in May when Covid cases were low. As cases rose, I contacted Sato at the beginning of July and asked to move my vacation booked for the end of July, to next summer- I did not ask for my money back- I just wanted to postpone our trip! I was very nervous about anyone in my family taking a chance of contracting anything on vacation. Their response was that was not an option. Was a great deal the past couple of years but they went and got COVID19 stupid. I called Katie to ask about the less than 30 day rental restrictions 4 weeks ago and she said we was fine. Our rental was setup for May the 9th through the 17th. They contacted me today May 5th to cancel the rental. You would think they would have done this earlier when the original restriction was put in place, but no, instead, they waited last minute! They tried to sandbag us hoping for restrictions to be lifted on May 1st, never happened... No... read more

We recently had to reschedule our vacation due to covid19. Sato handled a difficult situation with understanding, flexibility, and fairness. We have rented vacation homes from Sato for years and have always been very pleased, but in such a trying time for all involved Sato really impressed us. We appreciate you.
