I am saddened and extremely disappointed by the service I've received. I took a family ring in on May 11, 2024 to have it made into a simple medallion "disc" as a remembrance of a family member. I was told that the medallion would be done in one month - estimated to be June 8. I left a 25% deposit and then heard nothing. I called on July 22 and the jeweler was not in but was told that he would call me back. He never called me back. I called again on August 1 with no response.
