This was the second time we rented a phone from Satmodo. They were prompt with answering the phone when I had questions and they keep their customers informed as to when the phone will arrive and what the charges will be. No hidden surprises with this company. They delivered the phone on the day promised so there was no stress about wondering if the phone would arrive in time for our trip departure.
