Please please please listen to the bad reviews. Erik is personally a very sweet older man but absolutely unreliable to get a report from. He kept saying he’ll get it to us “tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow” and then stopped answering our calls all together. Weeks of wasted time while we had a deadline. Please save yourself the anxiety. SCAM!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF!!!!!!!!!!! We hired this company to complete a report. The city has requested this report in order to begin work on the property. Eric has dragged this out longer than I can explain - all the while telling me the report will be ready by tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. We are currently displaced out of our home and Eric has made our lives as miserable as you could imagine. Eric was easy to work with, knowledgeable and timely. Prices were fair also.
Eric has done many structural inspections for my residential real estate practice and takes his time to provide thorough reports and is always available to me and his clients for follow up calls or emails. He is not an alarmist but he is also in no way hesitant to call out real concerns and solutions and document those in his reports. Clients have been happy with the insight that comes with decades of experience in his field.
