Eric has dragged this out longer than I can explain - all the while telling me the report will be ready by tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Eric was easy to work with, knowledgeable and timely. Prices were fair also.
Eric has done many structural inspections for my residential real estate practice and takes his time to provide thorough reports and is always available to me and his clients for follow up calls or emails. He is not an alarmist but he is also in no way hesitant to call out real concerns and solutions and document those in his reports. Clients have been happy with the insight that comes with decades of experience in his field.
I had worked with Mr. Satler on a previous project and had a very satisfactory experience. This time when I called him to perform and analysis of an attic floor system the results were disappointing: difficult communication, denial, and excuses. When I mentioned that he had negative google reviews, the answer was that they were going to look into deleting the reviews. Should be a 0. Eric came to my home told us what we needed, said he'd have plans for us in 2 weeks, took our money and dodged every email and phone call since. FRAUD! Do not work with him. BBB has also tried to reach him to no avail!
