Had my first new patient appointment today and from the moment I walked in I felt extremely comfortable. I had a handful of things done and found each member of the staff I encountered to be friendly, professional and just a pleasure. Dr. Patel is a wonderful man with a comforting bedside manner, felt at ease the moment I met him, and feel very fortunate to be in his care. I highly recommend this practice.
Do not even bother trying to call this office. You work up the courage to try to make an appointment to deal with your issues and the receptionist just assumes you are looking for drugs instead of treatment. Trying to ask for help is hard. Being judged within 30 seconds of calling is absolutely unacceptable. If this is how the receptionist acts, I would never trust this doctor.
Cannot not say enough about Dr. Satish Patel. I have never met such a dedicated, solution oriented and empathetic provider to date. Dr. Patel has been my parents' doctor for the last several years, and he and his office staff have made countless extra efforts to ensure my parents were seen on time, on the right meds, the right dosage, and adjusted accordingly. I was new In the area, moved from FL , And I googled doctors near me and I found Dr. Satish Patel. I called into booked appointment and the lady who answered the phone was so helpful and very understanding my problems and told me to come in for a check up. The doctor Patel was a great experience and this is my new favorite doctor from now on. He knows what he’s doing and always spend so much time explaining what the problem is. I would recommend this doctor to everyone.
he is a ok doctor so i do think i need to know him more i miss dr bleasdale and he does accept my insurance but i will get used to dr patel i takes time dave flanagan
Always a great experience and expert medical advice
Dr. Patel & Janette specifically, possess extensive knowledge in a range of medical conditions. I had to comment after reading the "fake" review from a non-existing (so-called) patient. What sets both of these medical professionals apart, aside from their competence, is a relatability, willingness to listen. Unlike some doc-in-the-boxes out there Dr.Patel is a keeper. I'd highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a reputable, caring physician that discusses treatment with you. Lisa S
