He was very kind and patient with my elderly father and answered all of his questions. Very friendly.
My husband set an appointment over three months ago. Today was that day, he gets there and it is cancelled because they are overbooked. No call prior to even attempt to reschedule. Office staff asked the physician and basically the response was "too bad, reschedule".
