Dr Gaddam bragged about his success with botulinum. He gave me numerous injections in my neck and across my shoulders for neck pain and chronic headaches. Result: MY NECK WAS PARALYZED with my chin to my chest! I COULD NOT RAISE MY HEAD! It impaired every aspect of my life-grocery shopping, walking, dressing. Pain has spread to my back and I STILL HAVE HEADACHES!! Dr Gaddam basically said “too bad, so sad” and washed his hands of me. Oh, it SHOULD WEAR OFF in a couple of MONTHS! I saw Dr Loeb in the Ft Worth office. He was great. It’s the front & back office staff who lacks common sense and professionalism. Dealing with them makes you seek a doctor elsewhere. The doctors need to get rid of the front & back office staff at the Fort Worth location before they lose business.
Dr.Gaddam is exceptional in his care.He listens to me and my husband and takes time to explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Gaddam.
