WOULD NOT USE AGAIN - we have been without AC for one week waiting on a part they ordered. After 1 week without any update or follow-up, I called to find out that the part was never ordered and we need to wait another week brute they can get it. Unacceptable, it is summer in Texas, my kids' rooms are 90°. Go with another reliable company- don't make the same mistake as me
