The carpet in the upstairs hallway had some dark lines that bothered me each time I walked by them. They were obviously meant to be there for good. However, Satisfied Carpet & Upholstery cleaned them up better than I ever expected. The upholstery on the older chairs was also cleaned up and looked better than before. I am very satisfied with the results.
