Horrible office staff. Maria is condescending and has no compassion for patients. If you try to complain they said I can call my doctors wife. What? Very unprofessional
This doctors office and their pharmacy shorts people on medications, the packaging will say a certain number and then when you count them it is less especially with insulin, they keep shorting me an entire insulin pen everytime I go there.
Have been a patient for years but the lady or ladies who answer the phone is terrible. On 02/07/2025 I called the office several times regarding paperwork and I was hung up on, sent to voice mail or place on hold for over 10mins.......It's ridiculous
