Booked our wedding transport and unfortunately due to the prior booking running late on our wedding day, when we rang them at the pick up time, they were still 25 minutes away. Too late for us ! As we had paid prior to the pickup, requested a refund and a week later, I’m still requesting this money to be refunded.
Used Satina for transport to and from my wedding. Service was excellent, pick up right on time and very competitive pricing compared to others. Highly recommend!
